Bellevue Strategies was founded in 2013 by President & CEO Mustafa Rashed. In 2023, Bellevue founded a sister firm, Bellevue Public Affairs, to bridge the gap between an increased need for strategic communication and comprehensive stakeholder management.
Bellevue Public Affairs is the evolution of an industry. It’s a response to continuously uncharted territory and shifting expectations of public opinion.
